How much does a home inspection cost?

Residential Inspections

All inspections include, for no additional charge:

- The use of thermal imaging to help locate hidden defects

- Crawlspace inspection if it is safely accessible 

Thermal Imaging is a valuable tool in the discovery of hidden defects. 

An upstairs water leak pooling above the ceiling makes a cool spot on the ceiling showing up as a darker image. 

An undersized wire carrying too much load appears bright to indicate excessive heat.
